I am a member of the executive management team at Payday HCM. I enjoyed working with Monica West as Marketing Coordinator throughout her four years with Payday HCM. Monica was my direct report, and I directed her priorities and tasks as part of my management of the marketing efforts that involved web, social media and email marketing coordination.
Monica is a very reliable worker. She is a talented graphics artist and improved Payday HCM’s marketing stance with her creativity and abilities in logo design and advertising administration. An important benefit Monica exhibits regularly is her cost conscious approach to managing projects and vendors. Monica consistently managed costs well. Her willingness to be part of team interaction was admirable considering that she worked independently most of the time performing creative design work and interacting with vendors on production. Monica is pleasant with teammates and is an active participant in groups such as branding discussions or project status meetings.
Monica was pivotal with Payday’s re-branding and logo refresh effort that had multiple stages and occurred over the course of the last three years. She also effectively handled event management. Monica was responsible for a number of events. Three large ones that were her responsibility were an Albuquerque The Magazine issue launch party we hosted for the magazine in our parking lot and in our building and two separate ribbon cutting events for new business divisions started at Payday HCM.
